I agree with the {{tinyint}}.
I think that making them non-emptiable will just make {{tinyint}} and
{{smallint}} inconsistent with {{int}} and {{bigint}}. People might have a hard
time understanding that. Nevertheless, as I agree that they should all be
non-emptiable I will change the patch.
