Josh McKenzie commented on CASSANDRA-15977:
-------------------------------------------

Is there an obvious LHF in terms of optimizing the runtime on these tests?
We've had multiple times in the project's history where we were able to remove
literal hours from test runtime through a day of focused effort for a couple
devs on optimizing on a few big rocks on test runtime.

> lists and describes the existing functional tests for read repair, so we can
> have a broad view of what is currently covered. We can comment on this
> document and add ideas for new cases/tests, so it can gradually evolve to a
> more or less detailed test plan.
