[~dcapwell] apologies for the delayed response, I am in/out these days on time
off.
A. Stdout/err works perfectly for nodetool, we are good there. I was referring
to stdout/err in the jvm-dtest nodetool _result_ ({{NodeToolResult}}) sometimes
having a captured out/err sometimes missing it. Some code paths don't capture
the out/err.
B. I don't think we would impacted. At the end of the day we're just removing a
'/' at the _start_ of a string.
