When looking into that, the underlying reason was that some of the
{{NodeToolResult}} constructors had out/err params where others didn't iirc. So
that looked intentional to me. In any case I raised and I can look into
CASSANDRA-16324 after xmas unless sbdy beats me to it. Thx for confirming.
