I squashed and pushed a full CI run in Jenkins over the weekend but there are a
few test failures that I should check now. They were not failing locally. I am
going to work on them now and hopefully this could be committed until the end
of the day if [~brandon.williams] also approves the rest of the branches and
the python dtests.
