Thank Ekaterina, we addressed your issue in the PR, in a nutshell, that method 
is there for people able to enable audit logging without nodetool nor the 
necessity to call that programatically.
[~mck] do you want to take a look too? I am still confused how many "+1" I 
acutally need.
