Michael Semb Wever commented on CASSANDRA-16981:
------------------------------------------------

bq. Tiny Cassandra-builds patch here

+1

bg. update both the groovy and the circle ci config scripts as per the readme
pointed by Mick

The groovy (jenkins dsl) won't need an update. It always pulls the latest
docker image. So we just need to be careful pushing the new image won't break
builds before the other changes in-tree are committed.

bq. On +1 I will push to the apache/cassandra-testing repo. Michael Semb Wever,
what account should I use for that push?

Your own. You should have access to the apache organisation. If you don't file
an INFRA ticket requesting so…

> It seems we don't respect com.sun.management.jxmremote.host in
> [createJMXServer()|https://github.com/apache/cassandra/blob/cassandra-3.11/src/java/org/apache/cassandra/utils/JMXServerUtils.java#L64]
> The flow should be - when_ local _is true, we only bind localhost, otherwise
> we bind everything, unless com.sun.management.jmxremote.host is set, then we
> use that.
