We used the {{Duration}} class from CASSANDRA-15234 (cc [~e.dimitrova]) on
CASSANDRA-16789 mostly because we needed a way to parse {{Duration}} from
string which is not provided by the standard {{Duration}} class but that was a
specific use and didn't intend to replace java {{Duration}} globally but
perhaps this would be a good time to discuss how to standardize its use.
