There is no plan to fix CASSANDRA-18701 in favor of a new Standalone Jenkins 
setup. We should not block this ticket because that will take a month or two. I 
also ran a few tests with JDK 17 with the new JMH, and I did not see any issues.

Would you like me to commit it? I see more benefit than harm.
