Pushed all branches with CI + repeats. They all good look to me. Only some
known flakies, CASSANDRA-19002, some occurrence of {{testCompletedFlag}} and
the mutation size one.
I agree I would merge what we have so far and open a new ticket for those
failures as we can see also see strange but similar ones in the trunk/j17
[runs|https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/bereng/cassandra/1115/workflows/b53b04f0-609b-451e-a964-ac3dfc173b82].
That will clear the fog a bit and cash the effort and CI cycles we've invested
here. Wdyt?
