Yeah a different timeout for that 'package' of tests would be great.
Unfortunately the way the timeout plugin we use works is that the global
setting takes precedence over any per test setting. And we would have to
decorate each test and new ones might miss it if the author didn't notice it.
Also those tests are decorated to timeout at 3000!! not 900. So everything
makes sense to me at face value that they timeout.
I don't agree they started failing suddenly. That 900 timeout in upgrade tests
I have been seeing for years in jenkins. So unless I am mixing things in my
head we've had those popping up here and there always. Unfortunately with the
recent jenkins changes, offline period, etc I don't think we can rely on it's
history too much to confirm or discard that. On trunk, with the TCM change,
things could be totally different by now. I am not up to date with those
changes yet.
