As of now, it is built with Go 1.19 and 1.20.
There is a PR for (1) CASSANDRA-19796 which introduces testcontainers which
need 1.20 at least.
While doing that, we should re-evaluate what versions we are going to build
this with. I suggest we should bump the oldest tested Go version to 1.20 and we
should build with the latest as well which is for now 1.23.
