There's no requirement forcing us to move to ci-cassandra.a.o
GitHub Actions can be considered official too.
(see ticket description.)
The one requirement that exists is that any information that is referenced is
also archived on ASF infrastructure. Usually this is nothing more than making
sure the relevant notifications are sent to a project mailing list, e.g.
[email protected] or [email protected] or
[email protected] . This is an issue of information permanence and
governance (ultimately we cannot trust github).
