From the analysis above, it appears that moving to C++ 17, by itself, will be relatively painless upgrades to the DataSketches' repos dependent on datasketches-cpp. Going from C++ 11 to C++ 17 is already a big bump and I don't feel the urgency to move to C++ 20 right now.
