Fixed the external regression failures in 0bf3fa2038. The INT96 suite now discovers the active FE Flight endpoint through MySQL and connects with the configured Flight credentials. Remote Doris success fixtures now use the supported lower timestamp boundary, with updated golden results and a separate zero-year rejection assertion. Validated before committing against the CI-built binaries in an isolated local cluster using the real regression framework and HDFS fixtures: the original four suites failed; the updated four suites passed, with zero failures and zero skips. The configured Flight port was deliberately left incorrect to verify endpoint discovery. Both all-type and statistics golden results matched.
