Completed post-fix validation on `9180e96509b`; the missing-dependency limitation in the previous review is now resolved. - Built `libpaimon_c.a` and `liblance_c.a` with Rust 1.94.0, plus the repository-pinned simdutf and AWS SDK dependencies, locally in the worktree. - ASAN BE build passed with `ENABLE_PCH=OFF ./build.sh --be -j 48`. PCH was disabled only for an existing `wide::integer` include-order error; no unrelated source changes were made. - All 18 selected BE unit tests passed: `VirtualSlotRefTest.*` and `FileScannerV2Test.ConditionCacheDigestIncludesRuntimeFilterPayload`. - `condition_cache_eligibility` and `virtual_slot_ref_basic` passed against the rebuilt BE. The previously missing `9999` row is returned correctly, virtual-column predicates perform zero condition-cache lookups, and ordinary deterministic predicates still hit the cache. - Post-build clang-tidy passed for the modified header.
