Review comment:
Yes, it's not enabled by default because I'm not sure how this affects to
the overall performance of the cluster if it's enabled for all queries. Also,
enabling parallel combine might not be good if the size of intermediate
aggregates is not large enough which is the common Druid use case. I added this
to doc.
