I'll take the deprecated `URL` constructor group from this list. Plan is to move the `new URL(...)` call sites (about 38 files, e.g. `ServiceLocation`, `TaskLocation`, `HttpPostEmitter`) to `URI` plus `toURL()`, using `toUri()` for file paths, and then add the URL constructor overloads to `codestyle/druid-forbidden-apis.txt`.
