@gianm, thanks for your comment. Yes, we should sort out how to merge with the MSQ error system. This particular PR focuses just on the basics, and the Calcite planner, where no errors overlap with MSQ execution. Of course, the next step would be to capture runtime errors, which are shared between "regular" and MSQ query runs.
