Also with the valueMatcher inside the UnnestDimensionCursor I was thinking
about using a value matcher to lazily build a bitset and return
`getValueCardinality()` correctly which currently returns the
getValueCardinality of the dimension which is incorrect in presence of a filter
as allowList is always empty and we are removing it
