1) Add an implementation of "toDruidFilter" in
ScalarInArrayOperatorConversion.
2) Split up Expressions.literalToDruidExpression into two functions, so the
first
half (literalToExprEval) can be used by ScalarInArrayOperatorConversion
to more
efficiently create the list of match values.
