@IOhacker @adamsaghy resolved the conflict in changelog-tenant.xml! It was caused by the new 0218 migration added to develop, both 0217 and 0218 are now in order. The only remaining failure is the OpenAPI compat check which is intentional since we're removing isSelfServiceUser, selfServiceRoles and clients by design.
