This PR uses https://github.com/mdedetrich/sbt-apache-sonatype to support publishing fury-scala jars to Apache's Nexus repository. `sbt +publishSigned` requires that you set NEXUS_USER and NEXUS_PW environment variables to provide your Apache username and password.
