Thanks for the detailed review. I added the alterTable override to keep the
Paimon native cache consistent after Gravitino-side table updates, and to
ensure alterTable(..., ignoreIfNotExists=true) remains a true no-op instead of
touching the underlying Paimon catalog in an out-of-sync case.
