@FANNG1 Thanks for the detailed review.
1. Switch enrichCatalogTable to use realCatalog() instead of the private
paimonCatalog field so test injection and native catalog access stay
consistent.
2. Remove redundant alterTable pre-check overrides and update the Paimon
catalog
tests with minimal valid setup for warehouse initialization and table
metadata.
