Addressed the remaining items in 25297d4308: - Restored the mixed-case `%S` regression and made Hive-backed Iceberg SCHEMA/TABLE normalization backend-aware. COLUMN remains case-sensitive. The same test now covers uppercase `CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS`, and passes on Spark 3.5 and 4.0. - Added per-table cleanup coverage to the real Hive catalog re-registration test. Schema/table retained identifiers fail explicitly until the operator removes each external `gravitino.identifier`; the objects are then imported with new IDs. No governance reconciliation is performed. - Replaced Kafka's unconditional overwrite with an atomic soft-deleted-row restore. An active immutable topic UUID under another Gravitino path is refused, while HA import races and catalog re-registration remain supported. - Added dispatcher, relational-store, SQL-provider, capability, and physical-name-resolution tests. I replied to the three inline threads with the corresponding details and left them unresolved for reviewer confirmation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
