[P1] Please also declare cron-utils in LICENSE.bin. db-scheduler 16.12.0
declares com.cronutils:cron-utils 9.2.1 as a shaded dependency; its Maven shade
configuration relocates com.cronutils classes into the db-scheduler JAR and
excludes the dependency META-INF files. Therefore the Gravitino binary
redistributes cron-utils code even though no separate cron-utils JAR appears in
runtimeClasspath. Listing only db-scheduler and JSpecify misses that bundled
third-party component.
