I have made the changes to support the `--config-map heron.kubernetes.pod.template.configmap.name=CONFIGMAP-NAME.POD-TEMPLATE-NAME` parameter. Local build and the full battery of tests are passing. TravisCI appears to be really flaky and is failing even the documentation build which is based on the current `master/main` branch. I think it is time to seriously look at Github Actions which are run natively on Azure. My experience with GH Actions is that it is lightning fast compared to TravisCI but we may need to ask GH about unlimited open-source runner time. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
