Hi [~vbalaji] There is a difference between {{ITTestRepairsCommand}} and
{{TestRepairsCommand}}. The {{ITXXX}} test cases need to specify
{{--sparkMaster}} config option. So [~hongdongdong] distinguished them. I also
have the same concern before. After he explained, I think it is fine to
separate them. WDYT?
