### Change Logs PR targeting master: https://github.com/apache/hudi/pull/11266 This PR targets at `branch-0.x` with the same changes. This PR adds a new API `#setStorage` to the `HoodieTableMetaClient` builder so the builder can take `HoodieStorage` instance directly to build the meta client. The `HoodieTableMetaClient` can still be built through the storage configuration.
