Done in both classes: `help` is out of `hashCode` in
`HoodieDataTableValidator.Config` and `HoodieMetadataTableValidator.Config`
(`enableHiveSupport` stays out of both methods, as it was). While there,
`HoodieMetadataTableValidator.Config.equals` got the same null-safe
`Objects.equals(basePath, ...)` the data validator received, so the pair stays
consistent. Each class has a test asserting that two configs differing only in
`help` are equal and hash the same, plus the default-instance case; both fail
on the old code. Done in 7b797e834f36.
