Review Comment:
   Channel None returns Ok(empty) not Err: When gRPC server task dies (any 
reason), tx dropped, rx.recv().await at line 99 returns None. Lines 101-107 
return Ok(ProducedMessages {  messages: vec![], ... }). SDK loop treats this as 
success, busy-loops sending empty batches forever. Connector never signals 
error. **Fix:** None branch → Err(Error::Connection("gRPC server terminated 
     unexpectedly".into())).
