Extends the E2E tests to include coverage for the scenarios where Job
Service and Data Index are deployed:
* Enabled field set to false for both services and workflow in dev profile:
* With ephemeral persistence.
* With posgreSQL persistence.
* Enabled field set to true for both services and workflow in prod profile:
* With ephemeral persistence.
* With posgreSQL persistence.
Each test case takes between 4-5 minutes to run, so I have limited the
coverage to these 4 cases.
