Uploaded a patch for a new nifi-avro-nar that includes this processor. When
creating the new nar, I noticed that the NOTICE file of standard-nar didn't
include the avro and associated components, so I also updated that nar (since
the MergeContent needs Avro as well). We could probably split that out into a
separate ticket, but since both would go on 0.3.0 I went ahead and just fixed
it all at once
