I've seen this same behaviour as well on trying to convert JSON to SQL when not
all fields are present. The processor reads the schema from the database and
hard validates that all fields are present using the TableSchema POJO.
Unless anyone disagrees, I will add the suggested UnmatchedColumnBehaviour
property allow "requiredColumnNames" to generate a warning rather than a
failure.
