I tend towards a consistent user experience in the processor, meaning that if 
the "Unmatched Column Behavior" property is the "left-side version" of the 
"Unmatched Field Behavior" property, then if there is no other preference or 
needed feature, they should have similar choices. Having said that, if users 
decide they want more control (specific columns, e.g.), that can be a future 
improvement.
