Clocks/regs expansion is on tip `5b0781956d7` (builds on `fef6d2d28c7`): - RT118x CCM root/LPCG + ANADIG OSC/PLL/PMU and GPC register defs, with clock-root/gate/frequency helpers. - Follow-up safety: early LPUART console stays on always-available **RC24M** (no PLL-status inference on debugger handoff); interim MSPLIM re-clear / FlexRAM OCRAM skip around early clock setup dropped; board docs updated. - **FRDM smoke PASS** — LinkServer RAM load on FRDM-IMXRT1186 reached `nsh>` / `help` / `uname -a`. - Honest remaining gap: **autonomous PLL retune/bring-up still needs ELE/TRDC** (and PMU policy). Helpers can report PLL-derived roots when a PLL is already running; NuttX does not yet program them.
