I fixed those @acassis . I realized there was not an explicit dependency on the image file when building nucleo-h743zi:elf (I think this was the only affected configuration). This was therefore working probably because libboard.a happened to be build after libapps.a, by chance. I do not like the need to add such rules in Make.defs, but I think there is no other way, comes from a dependency of board code with applications.
