Hi, parthitce. The current modifications to `libc` apply only to the TC4xx
series; support for the TC3xx series will be added later. For now, the TC3xx
build continues to use the version without assembly-level optimizations (i.e.,
`TRICORE_STRING_FUNCTION` is not enabled).
