       We can handle this by using a semaphore to protect `priv` and critical 
section to protect `opriv` list (please see 
https://github.com/apache/incubator-nuttx/pull/5204#discussion_r782490616).
   
   Could you please write more about "All file handles(file system, char 
driver, block driver, socket) has the same issue" (some examples) so I can take 
a look?
