In the PackagedWorkflowRepository, I managed to get away without having to do
any parallel workflow graphs, and simply used sequential models, along with the
event-based system of the workflow manager. Thus, I'm not sure we explicitly
need a parallel processor. Decide on whether or not to keep it.
