external type should be unique for your system
for ex. in case you have 2 moodle modules connected to the OM external types
can be moodle1 and moodle2
OM produces SID in getSession
You get "1" in case of successful login using loginUser
Not sure what do you mean by "SOAP users created in OpenMeetings (manually) and
the external users" you need to create users using setUser* methods, if
specified user exists it will be updated
You have to call setUser* method to get room hash. You can even hardcode ids of
existent rooms or create rooms using SOAP
