Not regenerated for 18.0. - `emoji-emoticons.txt`: project mapping table; row version column remains 17.0.0. ## License Unicode License V3 copyright line updated to `Copyright (c) 1991-2026 Unicode, Inc.` in root LICENSE, runtime META-INF/LICENSE, and distr LICENSE, matching © 2026 on upstream 18.0 files. ## Generator `UnicodeEmojiSequenceGenerator` pins 18.0 checksums and sequence count. Version headers must be exactly `# Version: 18.0` or `# Version: 18.0.0`. ## Test plan (local) - Emoji / confusable / word-break / ExtendedPictographic / full case-fold suites - CaseFolding C+F map size oracle 1585 → 1606 - Offline: Emoji 18-only U+1FAEB normalizes after the bump; on main it did not ## AI assistance Prepared with AI coding-agent assistance.
