@KKcorps thanks, split as you suggested in 70d6fa56ab. This PR now covers (a) only: `/ingestFromFile` record failures return their causes, opt-in at the call site, with no config. I will raise (b), a default for every other endpoint, separately with maintainers. On the integration tests: none compares an error message with `assertEquals`, and both sets passed on the first revision, which changed far more responses.
