Yes, by default nothing is changed. But if the user is interested, they can enable it. May not be as impactful as the optimizations implemented in https://github.com/apache/incubator-pinot/pull/5177 and https://github.com/apache/incubator-pinot/pull/5199 but still good to have a knob to turn it on
