- add stored data type for the 2 newly added arrays (BOOLEAN_ARRAY,
TIMESTAMP_ARRAY)
- add tests for all the missing data types in DataTableSerDeTest
- making it a hard failure if one added a column type but did not add a
test for DataTable.
- BYTES_ARRAYS are still not tested as there's no DataTable-side impl
(following up with another PR)
