I only see one NOTICE and one LICENSE file.
Is it intended for the source release or the binary release?
AIUI the binary release includes some bundled dependencies, and will therefore
have a different LICENSE.
Some (but not all) licenses require additional attribution in the NOTICE file;
this may mean that the NOTICE file is different for source and binary.
You need to identify all the licences for additional source code that is
included in the source bundle.
Each license must be present in the LICENSE file (or in a separate file linked
from it).
If -- and only if -- the license requires additional attribution, this must be
added to the NOTICE file.
Likewise for the binary bundle. In that case the LICENSE file must identify the
versions of the 3rd party jars that are included, along with the related
license. This is because the license may change between versions.
