Addressed the Windows unit-test failure in head d6a7bcc69.
Root cause: Paths.get parsed the unresolved Log4j variable in
job-${ctx:ST-JID}.log as a Windows path, where the colon is illegal. LogUtil
now derives the parent lexically from both slash styles, so unresolved lookup
expressions are never passed to the host filesystem parser. Windows drive
roots, Unix roots, path-less names, repeated separators, and UNC prefixes
remain handled.
Validation:
- LogUtilTest: 5/5 passed
- Windows-style unresolved-variable regression added
- Spotless passed
- seatunnel-engine-common skip-tests verify passed
