Addressed the Windows CI regression in new head `7a6412c6a`.
Root cause from the Windows job: `${sys:java.io.tmpdir}` expands with
backslashes, while the test resource appends `/seatunnel-logutil-test`;
`LogUtil` returned a mixed path such as
`C:\\...\\Temp\\/seatunnel-logutil-test`, while the expected Windows path uses
backslashes.
The lexical parent resolver now normalizes mixed separators consistently for
drive-letter and UNC paths while preserving Unix and relative paths. Added a
mixed Windows separator regression test.
Validation:
- `LogUtilTest`: 6/6 passed
- `seatunnel-engine-common -DskipTests verify`: passed
The previous Windows failure and the shared Dead links failure were both
diagnosed from CI logs; this head contains only the deterministic LogUtil fix.
Please re-review after the new Build completes.
