@DanielLeens Addressed both review points. A failure while inspecting one file no longer stops the remaining scan or prunes state from an incomplete scan. Local file identity now uses the filesystem file key with a creation-time fallback when no key is available. Added coverage for rename/replacement identity and a file disappearing during discovery.
